You’ll receive a comprehensive, fixed-price contract along with any relevant design materials, ensuring transparency and minimizing surprises. Once signed, we’ll schedule the start date for your project.

This is where the building process starts. Throughout your project, we keep you informed with regular updates via our project management tool, ensuring you’re up to date every day. You’ll receive consistent progress reports on construction and budget, along with check-ins on layout and design decisions.
